room seats 80 people comfortably and it has a high-speed

becoming a member of the Tuolumne County Association
of REALTORS® and/or
the Associations MLS. Following is a brief summary
of what you need to know to get you started.
• This application
may be used for the three (3) types of membership
listed below.
• Applicants must apply
for, and maintain, the same type of membership as
their firm's broker and/or participant.
• Application may be
mailed, faxed or personally delivered to the Association.
For
REALTOR® Membership Only |

• Broker signs as Designated REALTOR® on
application.
• You sign as applicant.
• You will be required
to attend a New Member Orientation and complete an
NAR Ethics Course online.
• Orientation information
will be mailed to you as soon as the next one is
scheduled.
For
REALTOR® and MLS Membership |
|
• Broker signs as Designated REALTORS® and
MLS Participant on application and Keyholder/Broker
Responsibilities Acknowledgement.
• You sign as applicant.
• You will be required
to attend a New Member/New MLS Orientation and complete
an NAR Ethics Course online.
• Orientation information
will be mailed to you as soon as the next one is
scheduled.
• If you wish to have
a Supra Key you will need to pick it up personally
at the Association office. Please bring a photo ID.
• Broker signs as Participant
on application and Keyholder/Broker Responsibilities
Acknowledgement.
• You sign as applicant
• You will be required
to attend a New MLS Member Orientation.
• Orientation information
will be mailed to you as soon as the next one is
scheduled.
• If you wish to have
a Supra Key you will need to pick it up personally
at the Association office. Please bring a photo ID.

all the information and obtained required signatures .
